Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or bulk orders may take additional time.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time:

  • Within the UK: 3-7 business days via trusted couriers
  • International Shipping: 3-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
  • Free shipping on orders over Ā£30 for some regions such as Europe, USA & the UK

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at kateandmikestravels@gmail.comĀ 
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Replacement Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at kateandmikestravels@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
    • Packaging photos (if applicable)
  • If approved, we will offer a free replacement or store credit for the value of the item. This does not include shipping.

No Refunds Policy:

  • We do not offer refundsā€”only replacements or store credit for damaged or incorrect orders and shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in production or shipped.
